If you contact us about the pilot, your email provider sends the message and any details you include to AbundantFlow. Please avoid sending customer personal information, payment information, health information, or other sensitive data.
Live technician demonstration
The active service-call demonstration accepts equipment text, diagnostic answers, and an optional equipment-label image. Those inputs are sent to Google's Gemini service to generate equipment-identification and diagnostic responses. Do not upload images containing people, customer names, addresses, account numbers, or other personal information.
The demonstration is designed for product evaluation. It does not provide a saved customer account or permanent service-history feature on this marketing site.
Analytics and device storage
With your permission, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and product interactions. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar storage to distinguish visits and sessions. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled through this site's consent configuration.
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser so the site can respect it on later visits. You may clear the site's local data in your browser to reset that choice.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and the Gemini-powered demonstration. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Information sent by email may be retained for business communication and pilot administration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so only provide information needed for your inquiry or product evaluation.

You can decline analytics when prompted, avoid the live demonstration, or contact us to ask about information you previously provided directly to AbundantFlow.
